We are looking for a Warehouse Team Lead who will ensure smooth warehouse operations by overseeing daily execution, maintaining accuracy, and supporting on-time delivery for business and customer needs.

The salary range for this position is $21 to $25 per hour commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.

Responsabilidades

When your actions lead to success:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, material movement, and order processing to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Provide accurate shipping status updates, track orders, and prepare documentation such as bills of lading, packing slips, and U.S. customs paperwork.
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and trucking companies, using systems like FedEx, UPS, Purolator, and Canpar/Loomis.
  • Work closely with material handlers and production teams to ensure shipments are prepared correctly and meet required deadlines.
  • Monitor work queues, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement in shipping accuracy, timeliness, and overall warehouse performance.
  • Maintain POD records, complete end-of-day shipping reports, and verify supplier invoicing for outbound freight.
  • Communicate regularly with CSRs, production, and management to align priorities, order requirements, and scheduling needs.
  • Lead and support warehouse staff, acting as a liaison between management and front-line employees while ensuring safety and operational standards are met.
  • Manage a team of approximately 5–15 workers
  • Scan and process orders using the 2Ship system
  • Perform inventory searches as required
  • Health & Safety and First Aid training
  • Active participation or eligibility to join the Health & Safety Committee.

Qualifications

When your expertise drives us:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimal 3-4 years’ experience in manufacturing industry, warehouse, production, or logistics environment.
  • Working knowledge of Printstream or similar inventory management systems.
  • Working knowledge of 2Ship (shipping module)
  • Proven track record of analytical skills that drive decision-making.
  • Strong written & Verbal communications skills
  • Strong computer skills, CMMS, Excel & Microsoft
  • Proficiency with the 2Ship shipping module, including scanning and processing orders.
  • Ability to adapt and act in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid truck licenses: Turret, Counterbalance, and Order Picker
  • Experience managing people, supervising a team of approximately 5–15 workers
  • Willingness to work overtime when operational needs require it.
